This means that the office isn’t too cold or too warm in winter and summer, and that the office environment is a pleasant space to work in. Not just aesthetically but also in terms of the atmosphere.

The next thing you might need to think about is whether or not you can keep people safe and secure. By that I mean things such as protecting the staff and also your stock and equipment in the vent of a fire. Choosing the location to work from can be a tricky. On the one hand you will want it to pay dividends by enabling your customers to just walk off the street and do some business with you, but on the other hand you will want to ensure that you keep the costs down. You will need to work out the balance of attracting enough footfall, and by doing so, do these business opportunities that pay for the increase in rent and leasing costs because of the position?
