As much as we’d all quite like to feel good at all times, it doesn’t always seem to be the case. Because life is hard. And trying to find a balance is hard. And being happy in itself can feel quite hard in general. So, it’s only natural that you’re going to struggle when it comes to feeling good. Yet it doesn’t mean that you have to settle for this. Because you really don’t. Deciding that you’re just going to feel rubbish isn’t the answer. Instead, you need to make sure that you’re aware of how you’re feeling and that you deal with it. And this all starts with identifying whey you’re not really feeling your best at the moment. Including health reasons, life reasons, and everything in between, let’s take a look at some of the things it could be.
Your Body Is Lethargic
When your body isn’t at its best, neither will you be. Because if you’re feeling sluggish, it’s a mindset thing. But when you move your body more, it shifts. Suddenly, you’re energized. And it’s for a very good reason. There are a ton of ways you can exercise for energy. Don’t put too much pressure on it here. Just try to move a lot more and see how it starts to change your energy levels.

You’re Not Sleeping Properly
At the same time, one of the biggest indicators that you’re not at your best, is sleep. If you’re not sleeping well, then it’s going to affect your energy levels, your mindset, your appetite, and even your skin! So, you need to work on this. Maybe you need to do a deep sleep meditation or you need a bedtime routine? Either way, it’s time to work on making a big improvement in this area.
You’re Overthinking Things
Another really big thing that can affect the way you feel is how you think. In fact, it’s everything. If you’re in a happy mood, you’ll feel great. If you’re worried or worked up, you’ll feel awful. So you need to make sure that you’re giving your mind a rest. Just let go of the superficial worries you know you don’t need to be thinking about and what what kind of a difference it can make.
You’re Not Living For You
But then lastly, it could be that you’re just totally on the wrong track. Sometimes, this is a hard thing for you to ignore. Because if you’re getting this sinking feeling that you’re living for someone else or that you’re doing things the way that others want you to do, you feel powerless. It can be okay at first, as you try to convince yourself otherwise, but it won’t last. You’ll either resent or rebel. And, after all, life is short – so don’t you want to live it on your own terms? If you know that, deep down, this is the cause of how you’re feeling, it’s time to make a change. To leap. Yes, it’s scary to enter into the unknown and change your life, but the results are always worth it when you’re working on being happier.
