In today’s world we expect constant access to our favorite brands and businesses. We want more than a website. We want to be able to follow them on Twitter, to see behind the scenes on Instagram and use YouTube to learn more about them. Shopping online has risks. You never know exactly what you are getting. Third party validation in the form of reviews and feedback from other customers and testimonials from clients puts people’s mind at ease.
