There may be a number of reasons you don’t want to drink alcohol. Perhaps you’re pregnant, or simply trying to cut down. Whatever the reason, there are now new and improved ways to not drink alcohol that don’t suck. Below, we’ll give you some alcohol free alternatives that could really change both nights in and nights out for you! 

  1. Seedlip

Seedlip is one of the first of its kind distilled alcohol free spirits. Grove 42 is the third flavour in the range, crafted from a citrusy blend of juicy oranges from the Mediterranean, zingy lemon peel, ginger and lemongrass. Peppercorn also gives this drink a grown up kick. It works well to replace gin with a number of mixers and in cocktails, matching very nicely with tonic and orange peel.

Valerian is a great alternative to alcohol for nights in. It’s great for things like insomnia and anxiety.
