Add texture
One of the ways we can make our flooring instantly more fun and exciting is to add some texture and layers to it. Rather than having a simple carpet on your floor you could opt for something a little more grand such as a shag pile carpet or go in a completely different direction and think about laying down some stone or tiles which will add some natural texture to the ground. This is a simple step but it can make all the difference when you want a stunning space.
Make it bright
One of the things which most of us never think about going to the floor is actually adding some fun colour and patterns to the design. It is the ultimate modern flooring option and won’t need a lot of maintenance.
